Welcome to Chef's Soulful Compass. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chef's Soulful Compass website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Chef's Soulful Compass, LLC (“Chef's Soulful Compass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, purchasing a product or service, booking a travel experience, enrolling in mentoring or career services, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.
1. OUR SERVICES
Chef's Soulful Compass provides services that may include hosted travel experiences, travel-related services, private-chef career mentoring, strategy sessions, educational programs, résumé and bio services, career materials, digital resources, workshops and other hospitality, travel or career-development offerings.
Specific services may have additional terms presented before purchase. Those specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.
2. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse website content, submit false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. TRAVEL EXPERIENCES
Travel experiences offered by Chef's Soulful Compass are also governed by the Chef's Soulful Compass Travel Policies, applicable trip-specific booking and cancellation terms, and, when required, the Travel Participant Agreement.
Trip-specific information may include destination, dates, price, deposit requirements, payment schedule, cancellation terms, minimum participation requirements, accommodations, transportation, activities, meals, inclusions and exclusions.
By booking a travel experience, you agree to the terms applicable to that particular experience.
If trip-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the trip-specific terms apply to that reservation, subject to applicable law.
5. TRAVEL CHANGES
Travel itineraries may reasonably change because of weather, transportation issues, vendor availability, closures, safety concerns, government actions, local conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When reasonably possible, comparable alternatives will be arranged for material included services that become unavailable.
Additional travel terms, including cancellation and refund provisions, are contained in the Travel Policies and applicable trip-specific terms.
6. MENTORING & CAREER SERVICES
Chef's Soulful Compass may provide private-chef mentoring, career strategy sessions, coaching, workshops, educational programs, assessments and related services.
These services are educational and advisory in nature.
We may provide recommendations, feedback, strategies, resources and professional guidance based on information available to us and information you provide.
You remain responsible for your own career, employment, business and financial decisions.
7. NO EMPLOYMENT OR INCOME GUARANTEE
Purchasing mentoring, career-development or support services does not guarantee employment, placement, interviews, clients, contracts, promotions, increased income or any particular career result.
Examples, testimonials, professional experiences or results discussed through the website or our services are not guarantees that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Staffing agencies, employers, clients and other third parties make their own hiring and placement decisions.
8. CAREER SUPPORT SERVICES
Chef's Soulful Compass may provide services such as résumé development, professional bios, career toolkits, portfolios and other career materials.
You are responsible for providing accurate information for these materials and reviewing completed work for factual accuracy before using or distributing it.
We do not guarantee that career materials will result in employment, interviews or other specific outcomes.
9. SESSIONS, APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
Certain services require scheduled appointments.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed time and following any cancellation, rescheduling or missed-appointment policy disclosed when booking.
Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
10. RECORDING OF SESSIONS
Certain mentoring, strategy, coaching or educational sessions may be recorded when disclosed to participants.
Recordings may be used to provide you with a replay, prepare notes, create your Career Action Plan, extract information discussed during the session or otherwise deliver the service you purchased.
Information from private sessions will not be used publicly for testimonials, advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Digital products, guides, templates, assessments, training materials, recordings and other educational resources are provided for your personal use unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share access to or commercially exploit these materials without written permission from Chef's Soulful Compass.
12. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refund and cancellation terms may vary by service.
Travel purchases are governed by the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the specific experience.
Mentoring, career services, digital products, workshops or other services may have separate cancellation or refund terms disclosed before purchase.
Where specific terms are presented at purchase, those terms control.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes will not eliminate contractual rights associated with services already purchased except as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, damages or expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of our services or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Chef's Soulful Compass for conduct for which responsibility cannot legally be shifted to you.
